PROJECT OVERVIEW: Interior and building exterior demolition of a former Tuesday Morning retail store for new Sierra, and former buffet for a new Five Below. Landlord shell modifications and tenants' interior buildouts including roofing (see posted scope), new facades and storefronts, downsizing existing landlord electrical room to create a new loading dock, new restrooms, and new interior finishes. SCOPE & BIDDING NOTES: Sierra C-Set Plans are for reference only. Please send RFI should there be a discrepancy between them and architectural sets. Roofing Contractors: See posted scope Storefront Contractors: Please note that the color for Five Below should be dark bronze (same as Sierra), and not that called for in the plans. Flooring Contractors: Please include an alternate cost to provide moisture mitigation for the Sierra store if it would be needed. Mechanical Contractors: Please include removal / relocation of RTU's and assume roofer will remove curbs. All Contractors: Please provide separate pricing in your quote for each store, and a combined price if you would be awarded both projects. It is not necessary to bid both stores in order to provide a quote.
