Pinecrest Canyon and Killyons Lane Pavement Project

Base Bid: 1. Killyons Lane work consists of rehabilitating the existing asphalt (mill and overlay to depths as specified in the plans), and paving a section of roadway (approximately 0.3 miles) that is currently unpaved, and other work as may be detailed on the plans. 2. Pinecrest Canyon Road work (from Station 00+00 to Station 45+00 and from Station 115+00 to the End) consists of rehabilitating the existing asphalt (mill and overlay to the depths as specified in the plans), installing 420’ of 15” RCP pipe and associated drainage structures, reconstructing approximately 100’ of roadway (raising the roadway elevation) including installing a new culvert pipe and tying in adjacent driveways, and lowering and raising roadway utilities (water valves, manholes, monuments, etc.), and other work as may be detailed on the plans. Bid Alternate 1 1. Pinecrest Canyon Road work (from Station 45+00 to Station 115+00) consists of rehabilitating the existing asphalt (mill and overlay to the depths as specified in the plans), reprofiling (adding a crown) approximately 500’ of roadway including a roadside ditch and associated drainage features, lowering and raising roadway utilities (water valves, manholes, monuments, etc.), and other work as may be detailed on the plans.
