HVAC Renovations at Chesterfield County Airport

The work includes the replacement of all HVAC systems and is generally described as rooftop units, kitchen hood system, exhaust fans, PTACs, split systems and all associated ductwork. Provisions include (2) single zone rooftop units and (1) packaged rooftop HVAC system serving terminal units with new curbs. A gas meter will be replaced with (2) new gas meters to be coordinated with the local gas utility. Provisions for a new kitchen hood with a fire suppression, make-up air and exhaust fans shall also be included. Terminal units will be installed for local temperature control in the Administration and Operations side of the building. A complete automatic temperature controls replacement is included. Electrical provisions to support the mechanical work are also included.
