Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance

The scope of work described herein is to provide a full-service Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance contract for the City of Palm Bay Municipal Complex and other identified buildings. Contractor will be paid upon completion of the scheduled maintenance as described herein, in arrears, for services performed. Please note: It is anticipated that the HVAC System at the Senior Center will be replaced within the next year. This is a full-service contract. The contractor shall provide as part of the cost all elements of the Scope of Work included to provide full HVAC maintenance and repair on all system components including chiller components, electrical, pumps, air filters, frequency drive variable speed motors, all unit compressors, pipes, insulation, isolation valves and mechanical components.
