Fabrication and Installation of a new sign at the Rosendale Community Center

Town Board of the Town of Rosendale is seeking Bids from qualified companies for the fabrication and installation of a new sign at the Rosendale Community Center. Item is to be installed at 1055 Route 32 Rosendale, NY 12472.The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or accept what is, in its judgement, the Bid which is in the Town's best interest. The Town further reserves the right, in the best interest of the Town, to waive any technical defects or irregularities in any and all Bids submitted. The Bid must be placed in an envelope securely sealed therein and labeled: Bid-2023-01. Fabrication and installation of a new sign at the Rosendale Community Center On site review for the project may be arranged by contacting the Town Clerk's office at 845-658-3159 Question Deadline 06/02/2023 Requests for clarification or interpretation shall be made in writing and directed to the Town Clerk, Town of Rosendale, 1915 Lucas Avenue Cottekill, NY 12419 phone 845-658-3159, at least seven (7) calendar days before the date established for submitting Bids. Inquiries will not be considered after that date. Transmittal of questions via facsimile is acceptable.
