| Description | Campus Center’s main lobby is a clearstory space centered on a skylight Cluster System of four (4) acrylic pyramid domes. Each dome is nominally 8’x8’ and is set on a treated dimensional lumber curb. The work of this project will remove and properly dispose of the existing cluster and provide replacement units of the same size and model installed on the existing curb. The basis of design is Wasco Skylights; Velux America PO Box 559 Wells, ME 04090. Product: CLDA Cluster System with Acrylic Domes with Impact resistant modification. The Contractor will be responsible to provide a complete water tight installation with a manufacturer’s and workmanship warranties. The Contractor will also be responsible for weather tight protection during the installation process as well as protection to pedestrian traffic within the lobby space below. |
