| Description | Engineering Estimate: $1,755,000 (Base Bid Only) Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit Payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Bid. A Performance Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) on the Contract Price Will Be Required as Part of the Contract.
