Repair and Paving of the Parking Lots Around the High School and Elementary School

The Montgomery Area School District (MASD) will receive bids for the repair and paving of the parking lots around the High School and Elementary School. The work will consist of: 1. Base repair 2. Milling 1 of top coat 3. 1 over lay 4. Paint lines and number each parking spot The areas will consist of the following: 1. District office approx. 12,798 sq.ft in addition remove grass and cement around pole lights and pave 2. Bus Lane approx. 10,795 sq.ft. 3. Elementary Lot 1 approx. 8,653 sq.ft. 4. Elementary Lot 2 approx. 12,639 sq.ft in addition remove metal poles in ground 5. Back Lot Tech Wing. Gym and Elementary approx. 57,815 sq.ft in addition remove grass areas and pave 6. Multi Purpose Lot approx. 11,795 sq.ft in addition remove two gravel areas and pave This bid should be bid under the PA prevailing wage. MASD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive errors or technical defects in the bid or bid forms.
