This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected. Participants will meet at 800 Buchanan St, Albany, CA 94710 Main Building North Wing and Admin Wing Roof Repair at The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) Western Regional Research Center (WRRC) USDA/ARS/PWA/WRRC has a construction requirement to provide Main Building North Wing and Admin Wing Roof Repair project located at 800 Buchanan St, Albany, CA 94710. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. The requirement will be reserved 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 238160 - Roofing Contractors with a size standard of 19.0M. Completion timeframe for the resulting contract is 240 days after Notice to Proceed. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
