Roosevelt Water Main Phase 3 Replacement Project

Prequalification is a requirement by going online at www.bendoregon.gov/qualifiedcontractors Approximately 1,275 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, new hydrants, appurtenant valves and fittings, water main tie-ins with existing water system, 25 water service connections including reconnecting to the existing service lines, full street replacement including reconditioning of existing base rock and placing new hot mix asphalt concrete, coordination with existing utilities, restoration of impacted utilities, infrastructure and landscaping, traffic control, localized curb replacement, ADA ramps, stormwater infrastructure including drywells, catch basins, storm pipe, and an infiltration pond. The Engineer's estimate is $1,000,000 to $1,200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
