East Side Water Utility Elevated Water Storage Tank

The project consists of the following: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the complete construction of an elevated steel storage tank with a capacity of 250,000 gallons. The tank shall be a height of 117 feet to the overflow line. The work includes appurtenances such as inlet/outlet piping, overflow piping, tank vent, inside ladders, and tank access openings. Also included under this Contract are consolidation of loose granular soils in place for the tank foundation, excavation, backfilling, grading, landscaping, mechanical work, electrical work, painting and all other related work and appurtenances.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
