| Description | The project consists of the repair and finish re-coating of the existing faded standing seam metal roof system including all fascia panels, trim and soffits panels. All fasteners shall be removed and new gasketed larger screw fasteners shall be installed and terminations inspected and sealed prior to application of new metal finish re-coat. All gutters and downspouts shall be replaced with new to match the existing sizes and attachment. The existing low slope Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPUF) roofing and flashing shall be recoated to receive a weatherproof warranty. |
