| Description | Removal of approximately 4,600 sq./ft. (contractors to verify) of concrete in front of the main doors of Traut Elementary School, regrading the area to facilitate drainage away from the building, and the placement of new concrete back to the original scope. The school site is experiencing flooding conditions due to the lack of positive drainage away from the building, and icy conditions in the colder months. The awning on the north side of the school does not have any means to carry the rain past the sidewalk and into the adjacent grassy areas. The awning will need to have an appropriate drainage system added to keep the water off the sidewalk, causing these conditions. |
