Description

Work consists of South Clinton between Main Street and Superior Street by reducing the length of the far-left turn lane and replacing it with a 10 to 20-foot-wide curb face walk. The walk will include the downtown streetscape pattern with integral planters and brick detail, new streetlights, ADA ramps, pavement markings, and upgrades to the storm infrastructure with new catch basins and inlets.
