Jessup Borough Kids Korner Playground Improvements

The work on this project will include but is not limited to: a. Demolition and removal of existing playground equipment. b. Removal of existing ground cover, sidewalks, fencing, exterior concrete stairs, trees, benches and tables. c. Rough grading site to elevations for new concrete sidewalks, new playground equipment and new exterior stairs. d. Playground equipment will be purchased by Jessup Borough and installed by Others. e. Supply and install new concrete walks, new fencing and gates along with new pole, base and lamps for security lighting. f. Supply and install new jelly mulch around areas of new playground equipment. g. Construct and stripe new handicap parking stall h. Topsoil and seed areas outside of new walks.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
