Description

The Project includes the following Work: Demolition of an existing 7,000 square foot office building, located at 4436 Lafayette Street, Marianna, FL 32446, removal of existing debris surrounding the building, and abandonment of any existing sewer/electrical systems in accordance with the design plans and specifications. Small business and minority businesses womens business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit proposals, and firms using such subcontractors are strongly encouraged to solicit such firms in the subcontracting process. Any Contracts/subcontracts issued under this procurement must comply with the necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, womens business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used, when possible, in accordance with 2 CFR 200.321.
