| Description | Renovation of a stadium in Lincoln, NE. AV construction operations needed for installation of the AV work must be coordinated with the Construction Manager and other trades’ use of the scaffold. If the AV contractor needs high ceiling access in the lobby outside the window of time when the CM’s scaffold system is in place, then the AV Contractor shall be responsible for scaffolding or lifts to gain celling access. See the attached CM schedule snapshot for the lobby scaffold. Access to all other ceiling spaces must be provided by the AV contractor |
