| Description | The project includes the following: 1. Identification, removal and legal disposal of interior and exterior window glazing and exterior caulk. 2. Coordination with the various utility companies for location and capping/severing of all utilities servicing the building at the location identified on the plans and/or indicated by the utility company. This includes but is not limited to: water, gas, electric, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. 3. Installation, maintenance and removal of all temporary controls. 4. Demolition of the building including the foundation and footings. 5. Legal disposal of all material. 6. Salvaging of a portion of the existing stone facade for Township re-use 7. Filling/grading of the foundation area and all other areas where walkways and paving were removed. 8. Seeding and stabilization of all disturbed areas. B. The building is a 2-story, approximately 33,000 square-foot masonry/ concrete/wood framed building. |
