Description

Plan is for improvements for White Horse Village Continuing Care Community Campus including a new health care building for an assisted living facility with skilled nursing and memory care, 34 new independent living units / duplex cottages with garage parking, replacement maintenance building, replacement harvester's garden space, walking trails, outdoor sports & activity center, clubhouse entry improvements, and demo and rebuild of Auditorium with outdoor patio.
