| Description | Bidders must be a plan holder of record with the City of Berea in order to submit a bid. Each bidder is required to furnish with the proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Contract will be a three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2023 and ending on Dec. 31, 2025, with the possibility of an additional one-year extension. |
