Valve Repair and Dress-Up Contract

The Scope of Work for this project shall be to repair valves and valve boxes, including, but not limited to, realignment, raising valve boxes 1” above finished grade, and pouring an 18” square concrete pad, at the pre-determined locations throughout the City of Beaumont. The Contractor shall excavate if necessary, repair valve hardware as needed, align the valve box, backfill and restore the surface to existing or better condition per City of Beaumont Standard Specifications. Ten (10) site dress-ups with no valve-related work are also included in the scope of work.
