Description

The project consists of a new construction access road and approximately 4,150 LF of 12 inch water main extension to the proposed Neuse River WRF site and the initial clearing, grubbing, rough grading of the approximately 28 acre WRF site including cut/fill, structural fill, offsite cut disposal of approximately 135,000 CY, erosion control measures and site restoration needed before the next phase of construction.
