Overall plans call for the conversion of the former Pier 1 Headquarters Building into a new city hall facility. The existing building is 20-stories and 409,977 square feet. ** This package is for the renovation of the lobby/mezzanine/terrace levels of the building** As of April 28, 2023, the official construction start date for the Tower Building is January 2023; permits are still pending for the Chambers Building and a firm construction start date has yet to be determined.
