Description

Tulsa Public Schools desires to solicit proposals for the servicing and repair of HVAC equipment at various sites in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed herein. Inquiries for information regarding procurement procedures, proposal submission requirements, or other fiscal/administrative concerns shall be directed to RFPpurchasing@tulsaschools.org. PERIOD OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE: The period of performance for goods is subject to this solicitation and any resulting contract shall be from award through June 30, 2024, to include, at the option of TPS, two (2) additional annual renewal periods of July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE RFP: Email any technical issue and specification questions pertaining to this Request for Proposal to the Purchasing Department at RFPpurchasing@tulsaschools.org by 4:00 p.m. on February 20, 2023.
