Turnkey WiFi Expansion for Snowden Senior Developments

Opportunity Home seeks partners to bring electrical, cabling, and mounting support to the Opportunity Home Wifi community expansion project. Opportunity Home San Antonio property portfolio consists of a mixture of building types and structures. The Opportunity Home seeks the delivery of a full turnkey solution that will deliver the complete implementation, installation, and testing of diverse Wi-Fi designs that will meet the various compilation of 23 Public housing and 18 Beacon Family/ Elderly properties. Opportunity Home San Antonio seeks the delivery of a full Network cabling backbone infrastructure that can support the installation of current WiFi network for new property developments. This will consist of a complete electrical and Data MDF closet located in a central part of the building, as well as complete electrical and data IDF closets on each floor. All floors and common areas of the building will be pre-wired with data cables in locations designated by Opportunity Home San Antonio team to accommodate future networking equipment. The cabling infrastructure and backbone will support a full public wireless network using mesh or other relevant WiFi network design that will provide internet connectivity to residents and guests throughout the property. . The turnkey solution shall provide full wireless coverage for the properties with the goal of saturated signals that reach all corners of the property. . The contractor will work in collaboration and partnership with the Opportunity Home San Antonio network team to ensure the best configuration possible for this project. For your consideration, the following are the initial design overviews for each property, as well as the suggested Scope of Work required to complete the project for each property: Opportunity Home San Antonio is seeking input and expertise from the contractor that can deliver the following requirements that include but are not limited to: Fiber cabling to create a robust Fiber backbone between MDF and IDF closets on each floor per site layout. Install Cat6 cables and ports with a live connection to the building internet network closets, terminated to and from any flat roof space or the attic space to the pitched roof. Cat6 cabling to connect the backbone to connect all pertinent WiFi equipment Electrical work for both indoors and outdoors WiFi equipment such as Firewall, Access points, backbone switches, and WiFi nanobeam antennas. When applicable, install 110V power outlets on flat roof space and/or attic space. Mounting and installation of all WiFi equipment in designated areas that best suit the recommended design Installation of all WiFi equipment on poles, roofs, buildings are where ever required by the design to ensure the signal is saturated and available from any divide inside the home Configuration of all WiFi equipment by qualified professional team of qualified network team URl filtering and DNS protection to prevent access to unwanted sites and content as defined and required by the Opportunity Home Innovative Technology network team Question Deadline 11/01/2022 at 2:00 PM CT
