Description	Leon County Government, the “County” is accepting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing services on a continuing supply basis for work in the following professional services categories: A. Architect/Interior Designer B. Structural Engineer C. Building Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection Engineer D. Landscape Architect Services are for Basic Architectural, Standard Engineering, and Landscape Architectural services including design, construction documents, bidding and construction phase services, and other such duties as may be allowed under Florida law. Supplemental and Additional services may also be required on an as-needed basis. Professional services shall be provided according to the Leon County Professional Services Guidelines, available on the Leon County Public Works web site. Services will be on as needed basis for small projects to be administered primarily by Public Works Division of Engineering Services, however, other County Divisions and Constitutional Offices may request and administer these services as well during the term of this contract.
