The work described in these specifications represents the minimum requirement for bunker renovation. Contractor must have previous bunker renovation experience. • Excavation of existing bunkers sand & soil • Placement and shaping of topsoil • Installation of 4” drain tile and output to daylight on each. • Delivery, placement and shaping of new bunker and placement of Better Billy bunker liner. • Delivery, placement and shaping of bunker sand as per Better Billy Bunker Specifications • Delivery and installation of 1800 sq. ft. of sod around each new bunker parameter
