RFQ Design - Architectural and Engineering Services for Expansion of the Samuel C. Sachs Branch

The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (the Library District) requests the submission of responses for qualifications from qualified firms to provide Architectural and Engineering Services for Expansion of the Samuel C. Sachs Branch to the Board of Trustees as described in this Request for Qualifications. Inquiries about this Request for Qualifications must be received prior to 2:00 p.m. C.T., on August 16, 2022. The Library District reserves the right to reject any and all Responses and to waive formalities in the best interest of the Library District. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
