Description

The Contractor shall supply all labor, parts, and materials required to maintain Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems in optimal working order. Scheduled preventative maintenance of UPS systems shall include annual and semi-annual inspections with details results reports and maintenance recommendations provided to the County. The Contractor shall supply all labor, parts, and materials required to maintain UPS batteries in optimal working order. Scheduled preventative maintenance of UPS batteries shall include annual and semi-annual inspections with details results reports and maintenance recommendations provided to the County. In addition to preventative maintenance, the Contractor shall also provide and install replacement batteries as required
