2023 HVAC Replacement

As of May 24, 2023. The project has been cancelled and no information to rebid the project at this time. The City of Brookhaven is seeking a qualified contractor to install a new HVAC system at the previous public safety building. The current HVAC system is failing and beyond its expected life. Question Due Date: Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. EST All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via portal. Intent to Bid Due Date: May 11th 2023, 5:00 PM EDT The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities and make an award in the best interest of the City of Brookhaven. The City of Brookhaven is not responsible for any technical difficulties. It is highly recommended that all potential contractors submit their quotes prior to the due date of this solicitation. The services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the date stated in the Notice to Proceed Letter. The contract period for this contract is 245 days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed Letter. Upon the completion of the full scope of work the contract shall terminate absolutely and without further obligation as required All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the Purchasing Manager, Purina P.
