J073--Chy - Grease Trap Maintenance

Contractor will be required to perform removal services of grease and food waste once a quarter (every 3 months) for each grease trap location. The contractor shall inspect, clear obstructions in inlet/outlet pipes, pump out and clean the grease traps and dispose of the waste in accordance with all city/county, State and Federal requirements. All materials located within the container upon removal become the property and responsibility of the contractor to dispose of in a lawful manner. These services, although not directly supervised, will be under the administration of Cheyenne VA Medical Center facilities department. There are Three (3) tanks located at The Cheyenne. The following is a list of the tank locations: Location 1 Canteen, Adjacent to the main entrance Location 2 Nutritional Food Services (NFS), located on the North end of facility Location 3 Community Living Center (CLC), located on the East end of facility Call FMS Department 307-778-7550 x7334 for any questions regarding location.
