| Description | Bradley County is seeking sealed bids from qualified firms for the replacement of a portion of the roof on the Bradley County Justice Center located at 2290 Blythe Avenue SE, Cleveland, TN 37311. Any questions regarding the bid or requests for information should be directed to Cassandra Burgiss- Stone by email at cburgiss@bradleycountytn.gov or by telephone at (423)728-7300. The successful proposer shall not provide services until a fully executed contract has been received by the County. The bidder must indemnify and hold the County harmless throughout the contract. The bidder must also provide general, professional liability and workers compensation insurance during the term of the contract in a minimum amount of $1,000,000.00. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and/or accept the bid, that in its judgment, will be in the best interest of Bradley County. |
