Kiwanis Children's Park Place - Lee County

This phase of the Site-Specific Master Plans at Kiwanis Children Park continues the enhancements from Phase I. Playground amenities for children ages 2-5 will be addressed. During Phase I, the larger inclusive playground equipment was installed and now the focus is on the younger park patrons. Lastly, the existing restroom facility will be replaced with a new restroom and shelter plaza. This phase II will continue the enhancement of Kiwanis Children Park and compliment Phase I enhancements. As of June 17, 2022, this project is included Lee County - Finance's FY 2023 - 2027 CIP and funding is allocated for FY 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
