Pavement Markings

The Scope of Work consists of the re-installation of pavement markings with waterborne acrylic paint, as typically performed on an annual basis. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of this Contract and also a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum in a penal sum not less than that prescribed by State or local law, as security for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project under this Contract and furnishing materials in connection with this Contract.
