Description

Electrical Service Upgrades at Hoboken City Hall (94 Washington Street) including, but not limited to the following: Base Bid 1.Provide a phased electrical service upgrade at the Hoboken City Hall. 2.The complete electrical service upgrade provided by the contractor shall be in accordance with the National Electrical Code. The contractor shall make all necessary provisions to meet code and be in compliance with the plans and specifications. 3.In general, the secondary service entering the building from the street is existing to remain. 4.The new service upgrade will require modifications to the existing system, from the load side of the existing main circuit breaker up to the existing branch panels. 5.The existing main distribution panel and branch panelboards will be replace and relocated in a new electrical room. 6.The existing building loads will be resupplied in accordance with the contract documents. 7.New junction/pull boxes at existing electrical panel closet. 8.New doors and hardware at locations indicated. 9.New access control to be coordinated with existing building security system 10.Plaster repair and patching 11.Masonry core-drilling 12.Penetration fire stopping 13.Painting
