| Description | The scope of work includes packaged rooftop unit replacements at Berks Hall and Kratz Hall, and unit upgrades at Berks Hall, Weitz Hall, and Schmidt TTC. HVAC Construction Contract – HVAC construction work is required for replacing and upgrading various rooftop packaged units at four different campus buildings: Berks Hall, Weitz Hall, Kratz Hall, and Schmidt TTC. Packaged rooftop units will be replaced on Berks Hall and Kratz Hall. Upgrades will be made to units on Berks Hall, Weitz Hall, and in Schmidt TTC. These upgrades will include filter upgrades and adding bipolar ionization or UV disinfection equipment. The scope of work will also include electrical work, disconnecting and reconnecting units being replacement, and power to disinfection equipment. |
