Description

The work to be performed under this contract consists of safety and operational improvements along Hamilton Avenue (CR 606) from Johnston Avenue to Kuser Road (CR 619)/Ward Avenue. This includes a new traffic signal at Johnston Avenue, signal upgrades at Kuser Road and the realignment of Liberty Street. All three intersections include ADA sidewalk ramp construction and pedestrian accessibility enhancements. Additional construction includes a bus pull-off just east of Johnston Ave for a relocated NJ Transit bus stop. Hamilton Avenue, and adjacent intersections, will be resurfaced within the project limits.
