Peoria Simantel Property - Park Area Development

The proposed improvement consists of developing the Peoria Simantel Property into a park area. Work will include the clearing and disposal of miscellaneous debris, tree removal and disposal, concrete debris processing and placement on site, furnishing and placing topsoil, seeding, and other site improvements. Major work items include, but are not limited to: 2.5 AC of Tree Removal 2.5 AC of Site Grading 12,439 SY of Topsoil Furnishing & Placement 2.5 AC of Seeding (Classes 1, 5 & 6) Pipe Bollard Protection Alternate Bid items include, but are not limited to: 404 SY of Excavating and Grading Existing Shoulder 169 Tons of Aggregate Base Courses 76.5 Tons of HMA Paving Courses
