| Description | Site Directions: 320 Crestview Drive The work consists of but is not limited to demolition of an existing steel storage tank and constructing a 250,000 gallon concrete water storage tank and chlorination building involving all civil, mechanical, electrical for system operation as indicated by the contract documents. The project is located in the Summit Park development at 320 Crestview Dr. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% must accompany each Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids due to irregularities or budget concerns. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license at the time of award.
