Supply and install new gas piping for 9 RTUs. Electric – Existing service. Install owner supplied panels, switchgear lighting and EMS. Install power circuits for RTUs, checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC – Install owner supplied RTUs. Supply and install roof curbs, fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Sprinkler – Rework existing fire sprinkler system. Framing/Drywall – Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office and breakroom. Paint – Paint new interior walls, door frames and floor striping. Paint exterior sign area. Polished Concrete – Per plan. Glass – Supply and install storefront and vestibule. Concrete – Concrete frost stoop, infill plumbing trenches. Install bollards at existing trash enclosure. Masonry – Cut door opening and install lintel at existing masonry wall. Infill block where trash chute is removed.
