The Contractor shall, in accordance with the Contract Documents complete all scope; which includes the Modernization of three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) freight elevator in the Adult Detention Center B tower (floor plan attached). This scope includes all associated equipment, construction materials, hardware, permits, inspections, commissioning, warranties, and any other materials needed.
