| Description | The project scope consists of the demolition of the existing Pier and construction of a new Pier including shade structures and a Plaza and sitework improvements to include a 480’ long trestle, two fishing cleaning stations (7’x20’), and a 20’x80’ Tee that will be demolished; new pier components include precast concrete piles, pile caps and deck, handrails, lighting system and shades; and the new plaza and sitework includes shade structures, concrete paved areas, lighting, an arch sidewalks and a parking lot, all in accordance with the project specifications and plans. |
