Description Separate Bid Packages General Construction Plumbing HVAC Electrical The work is located at the Tannery Lodge at Gore Mountain Ski Center. Work includes the renovation of an existing two-story 5,000 SF space and the addition of a new two-story 4,000 SF space. This renovation includes the addition of two gang restrooms, relocation and expansion of the bar, the installation of a sprinkler system, a kitchen expansion, and asbestos abatement. The new two-story 4,000 SF space shall be locker space on the first floor and an expansion of the existing bar and restaurant area on the second floor.
