Description This project consists of improvements to the existing SAC Handicap Parking Lot (SAC/HC Lot) in order to bring the lot into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The base bid improvements include selective demolition, excavation, backfill and compaction, regrading, and repaving as specified in the construction documents. The SAC/HC Lot is located to the north of Belk Gym, and to the west of Barnhardt Student Activities Center on the campus of UNC Charlotte.
