Fire Department Central Station Bay Floors

Repair the concrete bay floors at the Central Fire Station. The bids will include a price for one bay and a price for three bays. The winning bidder will be responsible for disposal and cleanup of all materials. The area to be worked on is 15’ X 33’ bay for a single bay and 45’ X 33’ for all three bays. The bids will include the following or equivalent: 1. Cutting and removing existing concrete 2. Dig and remove material down 36 inches 3. Installation of Geotech fabric 4. Fill with 18 inches of gravel and compact in 6 inch lifts 5. Installation of second layer of Geotech fabric 6. Fill with 12 inches of gravel compacted in 4 inch lifts 7. Finish with 6 inch reinforced Fibrecrete 4,000 psi reinforced with street mesh 8. Explanation of all warranties and cost of extended warranties
