To provide the construction of a bath house facility. 2. Exterior doors of bath house to be provided with ADA compliant hardware, lockable from the exterior (with a key). 3. Provide self-closing hardware on exterior doors of bath house. 4. Overhead door of bath house to be provided with hardware than can be locked from the outside (with a key). 5. Ceilings of bath house and covered porch to be 29 gauge corrugated metal panels. Color per County. 6. Showers to have ceramic tile floor and walls, full height. Style/color per County. 7. Slab floor option to have a concrete sealer applied. 8. Wood floor option to have one prime coat and two coats of waterproof deck paint applied. Color per County. 9.
