Description

**As of December 19, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Construction of trail pull off areas and amenities as per contract documents. All work shall be complete and ready for final payment on June 16, 2023. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. This is a unit price bid as described in the Instructions To Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions To Bidders. If a bid deposit is not submitted with the bid, the bid may be deemed incomplete and may not be considered. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Questions pertaining to the bid package should be directed to Anthony Christian at achristian@cmellp.com. Bids may be submitted by mail or other delivery system, however, it shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure the bid is delivered by the date and time as specified above. The Board of Contract and Supply reserves the right to reject any bid delivered after the date and time specified above. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional Bids.
