Description

Rehabilitation of two City water tanks. Ft. Jesse Tank 1 was built in 1973 and Tank 2 in 1991. Maximum service life is 20 years. Both tanks were effected by a lightening strike event in 2020 causing an overflow that damaged both tank roofs.
