| Description | Consistent with Education Code 44.031(b) and applicable state rules, each of these are ongoing solicitations and, as proposals are received and on a periodic basis, the District will open, evaluate and either accept or reject the proposal(s), based on the applicable RFP criteria, and issue awards to multiple vendors throughout the open period of the solicitations. Inquiries may be submitted in writing via email to Jennifer Raske jraske@seguin.k12.tx.us no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. There will be no formal bid opening. The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses to each of these solicitations, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the District. |
