| Description | The project involves the replacement of the 1st and 2nd story windows located at the Lenoir Community College Waller Building. Work will involve the following: removing all existing windows, flashing and accessories; removal of all existing window stools; alterations to the existing classroom partitions; limited brick mortar repairs, lintel cleaning/coating, wood blocking/trim repairs and gypsum wall board repairs; temporary removal and reinstallation of existing window blinds/shades. The project will also include the installation of new windows, window framing, waterproofing, wood stools, associated flashings and trim work and painting of interior finishes and newly installed materials to match existing colors |
